Empowerment Resource Associates, Inc. was founded in 1993 to provide consulting and training services to corporate and civic professionals, human resource personnel, service groups, and to community-based and not for profit organizations in the arena of disability management, counseling and recovery.
ERA added mental health component in 2000, and evolved into a full service mental health outpatient agency in 2006. Since then, under the visionary leadership of President and CEO Judy B. Henderson, MHS, MS, the agency has emerged as a leading regional resource for the treatment and support of behavioral health and mental wellness.
