This innovative model of intervention and system reform offers therapy, mentorship, support and referral, and focuses on strengthening the family unit – however it is defined. The program is founded on the belief that federal, state, county, municipal and community and faith-based entities that provide child and family services share a responsibility for ensuring the protection and well being of children. |
